The Canvas Launch Promotional Offer (the "Offer") is made available by Dazl Technologies Ltd. ("Dazl") to eligible users who subscribe to a qualifying Pro subscription plan during the Offer Period. Subject to these Terms, eligible users will automatically receive Gemini credits that may be used toward AI features, including Canvas made available by Dazl (the "Gemini Credits").
Beginning June 9, 2026, the Offer is available to eligible users who subscribe to a qualifying Pro plan through August 15, 2026 or until 5,000 eligible subscriptions have been reached, whichever occurs first. Dazl will use reasonable efforts to update its website to reflect when the Offer is no longer available.

The Offer is not available to users whose accounts are suspended or restricted. Dazl reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole reasonable discretion.
New Pro subscribers who sign up during the Offer Period will automatically receive Gemini credits matching their monthly plan's price for use, among other things, toward the Canvas feature.

The Gemini Credits will automatically be applied to your account upon subscription during the Offer Period.
The Gemini Credits will automatically be added to your account upon subscription purchase/upgrade for a maximum of two consecutive monthly subscriptions during the Offer Period. Existing Pro subscribers will receive an automatic credit grant when they first log in after the commencement of the Offer Period.
If you utilize all or a portion of the Gemini Credits during the Offer Period, upon purchase of the second monthly subscription during the Offer Period, Gemini Credits will be replenished to the maximum amount under the purchased tier level. Upon expiration of the Offer, there will be no further replenishment of credits; however, unused Gemini Credits do not expire and may continue to be utilized by you.
Gemini Credits:
Subscribers must maintain an active qualifying Pro subscription to receive Gemini Credits. Gemini Credits are not provided with respect to refunded, cancelled, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.
Dazl may withhold, revoke, suspend, or cancel Gemini Credits if it reasonably believes that a user has:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dazl may modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Offer at any time.
Any such modification will not affect Gemini Credits already granted to eligible users unless required to prevent fraud, abuse, technical misuse, legal non-compliance, or for operational reasons in Dazl's reasonable discretion.
The Offer is subject to Dazl's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any terms governing use of AI-powered features.
In the event of a conflict between these Offer Terms and the Terms of Service, these Offer Terms shall govern solely with respect to the Offer.
The availability, functionality, and usage limits of AI-powered features may change from time to time. The Offer does not guarantee any particular level of AI service, capacity, output, availability, or functionality.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws specified in Dazl's Terms of Service unless otherwise required by applicable law.
